Industrial circular blades CMT. To achieve the best design and best performance, the same methods are used as for milling cutters: combining the expertise and experience of the technical department with computer technology.

The result is an upper blade that has these two characteristics:
Notches of expansion.  Small hook-shaped openings to reduce noise during expansion and contraction of the blade, as it generates heat during cutting operations.
Anti-vibration design. Cuts inside the blade that does exactly what the name suggests: anti-vibration. This results in greater stability during cutting and longer tool life. Anti-vibration also means getting perfect cuts, so as to make unnecessary stabilizers and engravers.

The CMT industrial circular saw blades are produced with CNC machines in every phase. The advanced technology and precision of these machines ensure uniform quality on each blade, giving the possibility to perform more efficient quality controls.
Laser cutting. The body of the CMT blades is cut with laser machines instead of the usual blanking. This allows to use a steel more resistant than the traditional one that tends to deform over time.
This type of cutting in fact does not impose any effort on the blade body so as to ensure perfect flatness and precision, necessary requirements for prolonged use over time.
Grinding and Tensioning. The first objective that is guaranteed by the grinding is that of the perfect flatness of the blade body, while the next, is that of grinding the tooth seat in order to obtain a perfect adhesion between the carbide tooth and the steel thus increasing the degree of safety of the blade.
